I had an unforgettable experience at this resort, surrounded by stunning nature and mountains. The staff was incredibly attentive, making my stay feel special and relaxing. The promises made about temperature control and service were not met, and I found the dining options to be unacceptable with issues like cockroach sightings. On the contrary, the grounds are quite beautiful, and the rooms, especially the Presidential suite, are stunning. However, the poor service and dining experience greatly overshadowed the positives.
